Ovarian Cysts are dangerous.
Sitting there, doing nothing about your health. Eating the wrong foods, and never exercising. That's just letting your body form dangerous (life ending) ovarian cysts, and wreaking havoc on your entire body — which all can lead to some really NASTY pain.
In fact, I knew this one woman who was spending all-day, everyday straight in front of her computer or in front of the TV —Browsing the web, watching her favorite TV shows, never leaving the house, she was always in excruciating pain.
Every movement hurt like hell.
Every shift in her seat like white fire through her body.
Every turn was agony.
She suffered like this silently for months, but figured it’d just go away on its own.
It didn’t.
It actually got worse.
In fact, her cysts got larger. Making anything she did, nearly impossible, and even walking to the kitchen was exhausting and excruciating. Even sleeping was fitful at best as she had to lay in just the right position (and not move) in order to keep the sharp, “dagger like” pain away.
Eventually she sought help.
Doctors.
Orthopedic surgeons.
Chiropractors.
Acupuncturists.
None were any help.
(One of these doctors even said it was just “phantom pain” and sent her on her merry way with a bottle of pain killers …)
All her tests — MRI, EMG, X-rays — came up negative.
Yet, the pain was getting worse.
And her livelihood was at stake.
One of the doctors said whatever the problem is, it could be permanent if she didn’t figure it out soon … and to see a neurologist who told her there was nothing they could do and that humans are not built to sit for long stretches of time like that (and she was lucky she hadn’t developed any blood clots …)
Anyway, the point?
Sitting for a living really CAN be dangerous.
She never got her ovarian cyst because of sitting around all day.
She got it from not being healthy.
Now:
To your health.
To your sense of well being.
Even, to your life …
